Since they affect how many cards you can receive, documenting your party is vital to keeping an accurate log of your activities. And I've already made it very easy for you, since it's in the quick log at the bottom of every prize page.. ^^; You just need to copy and paste. So if you haven't been logging your party, please get into the habit now. I admit I've been a bit of a slacker when it comes to tcg post/log checks, but I'm going to start being more thorough and routine with it, as well as hire someone to help me out. xD; On a similar note, there has been some question of what is important to log, and what is not so important. Basically, you must log any time you get a card, so that every card displayed on your TCG post has logs of where you earned it from. Items and Pokedollars are not as important, since it's all kept track of on the site anyways. :P You can still log them, but it's no problem if you don't and we wont really be enforcing it. Premier Balls & Fast Balls: The Premier Balls have been updated! The new rule is "Exchange for the first card (01) of any regular deck that has been released for at least four weeks." And as you may have noticed, there are now four updates per page, so basically you can use it on any deck that's not on the front page. :P This also means that you CAN use Premier Balls on decks that you already own cards from, and consequently you no longer have to wait for my approval to use them. Hurrah, automation! I've also added the Fast Balls, which are automated as well. The rule is "Exchange for ONE choice card from a regular deck released within the past two weeks, limit one card per deck per week." I know a lot of you were concerned about it being limited to too small of a time frame, but my intent for these balls is to give you guys an extra head start on new decks that you may want to collect. Key word: start. So I think four weeks is a bit too long, but hopefully everyone will be ok with 2 weeks? Anddd, somewhat related.. Since I'm using your logs to check for Fast Ball usage (for the "limit one card per deck per week" bit), you can no longer clear them. They don't actually take up much space, I guess, so it should be ok. And I don't think anyone remembered to clear them anyways. xD Repeat Balls: I really like the idea of changing the rules to something like "Exchange for one card from a deck that you have earned cards from within the past week." Several of you mentioned similar ideas in last week's update comments. I can't think of a better concise way to word it, but basically it means you can exchange it for a card from a deck that shows up in your temp log somewhere. So if you earn a card from that deck in activities, another Poke Ball exchange, prize claim, etc etc (anything that shows up in your temp log), you can use the Repeat Ball for another card from that same deck. Would you guys be ok with that? Any suggestions/comments? And I'm not trying to make mastering decks any harder for you guys, I just want to differentiate the Repeat Balls from the Ultra Balls Proclaim Your Gender!: So Bloo doesn't have to guess anymore... ^^;; It's optional of course, but I think since we have more variety here than the typical TCG, it'd be useful so we can use words like "him" and "her" more confidently (especially for those of you with names that could go either way). xD You can update your gender in your Settings~ New Decks: lucario, grovyle, togetic, ekans, skorupi Freebies: Take two cards from the decks above, limit one card per deck. Update Freebies: Part of why I said 4 weeks in the last update (regarding the Premier Balls) is because I'm getting ready to change the number of updates per page to 4, meaning that you can only claim update freebies from the past 4 weeks instead of the past 5. This will go into effect NEXT week, for those of you holding off on claiming. :P Premier Balls: So, I'm either going to go with option 2, OR I'm going to add Fast Balls and use them for the "extra update freebies" effect, while Premier Balls will stay pretty much the same, except they'll have to be used on decks released for at least 4 weeks. Or... What if I changed the rule for Premier Balls to something like "Exchange for the first card of any regular deck that has been released for at least 4 weeks"? This way Premier Balls could be automated (less work for me, less waiting for you guys~), less room for loop holes, and you can still use them to get one card from a deck that you don't already own cards from. :P ** I'm also kinda considering changing the rules for Repeat Balls. You guys might like it, but personally it bothers me that they're basically just Ultra Balls in disguise.. xD Any ideas/opinions? Take one choice COMMON card for your thoughts~ And whatever happens, I'll be changing the rules for Premier Balls next week, so if you've been saving them to use with the current rules, use them now! xD Pokedex?!: I finally finished updating the database! o__o; So hopefully in the near future we'll have a Pokedex-type feature, as well as better documentation of everyone's mastered decks/types + automated Gym Badges form. :3 Just something for you guys (and me XD;) to look forward to~ New Decks: gyarados, persian Freebies: Take one card from ONE of the decks above. Get your entries in soon if you plan on participating~ Premier Ball: I'm changing the rules around for the premier balls, since I notice that several of you like to use them on new decks right before grabbing another card from that same deck from the update freebies. Technically, it's not breaking the rules, but it just seems a little unfair to me (arguable.. but we wont go there :P) since I didn't intend for them to be used that way. So here are the options: - Keep the requirements the same (Exchange for ONE choice card from a regular deck that you don't own any cards from) but limit it to decks that have been released for at least 4 weeks. - Make premier balls exclusively for bonus update freebies. So the rule would be: Exchange for ONE choice card from a regular deck that was released within the past week. Would possibly implement a cap on how many premier balls you can use per deck as well. Personally I like the 2nd option (less room for loop holes), but... Please comment with what you would prefer, and take one choice COMMON card for answering! :) Deck Donations: I just want to remind you guys to PLEASE put the name of the deck that you are donating images for in the subject of your email. I don't always download the images right away, so it's a bit of a pain trying to go back and find the email that you attached the pictures to if the deck name isn't there.. ^_^; New Decks: arceus, starmie, kris, mareep, torterra Freebies: Take two cards WORTH from the decks above, limit one card per deck. Please comment what you take! [ EDIT ]: Yes yes, the Jubilife TV Lotto game was broken! If you got some weird error when you played, please let me know so I can give you your PD back! Sorry.
