  • People can still join, participate in most activities (as long as Dru and other staff are still available to update them), and join the forum.

  • I will approve members whenever I can, but don't count on a fast response. However, you don't have to be approved to start playing, trading, and mastering, so don't feel like you have to wait around for me to get to your form.

  • Activity rounds have been rolled back (for a while now). Monthly activities that can't be rolled back and are not being maintained by a staff member will not be updated or will be updated irregularly (we will post an update in advance if that happens).

  • Mastery forms and the Pokeball Exchange will continue to be answered by the staff (thanks very much to Mamori, Kristina, and Nadyell!)

  • Forms that I normally answer myself manually will not be answered or will be responded to periodically (and, most likely, late .__.). This includes Friend Card requests and Friend Card set completion forms, Milestones, and general contact forms.

  • Related to that last note: I'm working on getting an automated Milestones form up. Slowly but surely, it will be here. Then, hopefully the TCG will be pretty much self sufficient. |D

  • There probably wont be new decks, but maybe I'll release a few on occasion.

  • Staff, feel free to take a break whenever you need one. Just leave a note on the forums or let us know via contact form.



Some notes/concerns:

  • I still expect everyone to have a card log and keep up with it properly. Staff will check your logs when you submit a form to master a deck, and if you are missing cards or are not logging properly, they may reject your form or ask you to fix something.

  • On that note, I'm looking into hiring a new website/log checker. If anyone is interested, please email us with category "Urgent" to receive more details.

Automated Gym Badges: Since I was very behind on forms, and I know a lot of you are waiting on gym badge forms now that the GC Claim is up, I went ahead and implemented a new, shiny, automated gym badge form.

Yes. You no longer have to wait for me to answer your gym badge form. ^^b You also get Ultra Balls instead of having to pick choice cards on the spot! :0 And soon there will be automated level up forms as well. Yay. :D

If you already sent in a gym badge form prior to this update, please just go ahead and use the new form. ^^; Easier on me, faster for you, etc.

This feature isn't 100% complete. Since gym badges are still dependent on card worth, this means there will be a new milestones feature implemented soon as well, to keep track of your card worth on site. This will be another manual form that you will have to wait on me to respond to, but since there's only 5 card worth milestones versus 36 badges, it should be much easier to manage. ^^

Since this milestone feature isn't ready, but I wanted to go ahead and make the automated gym badge form available to you, I went ahead and gave anyone at level 2+ the first milestone (allows you to claim Indigo League badges), level 3+ the second milestone (Orange), and level 4+ the third (Johto).

Also, I need to make some changes to the database before the coraleye badge can be automated, so for now that one will not work. :P

Nov 04 Update: Since it's already Thursday again, I'm just going to wait for Saturday to add new decks. I'm currently working on completing the milestones form, so the rest of you can get your gym badges too. Following this, I'll have an automated level up form for you guys as well. This shouldn't take very long to implement once automated gym badges + milestones are up, so I'm going to ask those of you with pending level up forms to please wait for this feature.

Pending Members: I haven't forgotten about you, I swear. XD It will take me a little while longer to process all of these forms, but you don't have to wait for approval in order to start playing or trading!

Group Collect Claim: If you were within 10 points of getting 1 or 2 Pokemon from the GC Claim (ie. within 10 points of hitting 50 or 100 points total), you've been given some extra points and should be able to claim one (more) Pokemon now. Since it's already Thursday, I'll just wait for Friday/Saturday to post a full update. But for now, have some notices/reminders! :0

  • Most of you have already noticed, but if you haven't: The Pokedex is now fully functional. :D

  • The group collect claim is up as well! There will be some modifications to your points due to a possible bug, which will mostly affect those of you 5-10 points away from claiming 1 or 2 Pokemon. Details regarding this issue will be in the next update!

  • Mission 06 (and, in turn, the Mystery Dungeon event itself) is over! Congrats to the winners of both the mission AND the event: Crimson Glory! :D This just leaves the Prize Vaults, so I'll try to have that ready for you guys soon. Kudos to both teams on a great game~! ^^b

  • Pokemon Snap and Caption Contest entries are due by this Saturday! Don't forget to turn them in! :0

  • There are a lot of pending forms/emails that I need to get to. XD; Please wait a little while longer on those. Sorry for the delay!
